Pros:
  Rail kits are a combination versa and rapid, one fits both rack types.
  New fully buffered memory type, the first serial mode memory for Dell servers
    Registered memory will not work.
    The memory is designated DDR2 4300F or 5300F. Hint - DDR2 4200R will not work!
    If there is a heat sink on the DIMM then it is probably the correct one.
  SATA drives ( Dell sells a max of 160 GB, 750, 1000 GB drives work) are now supported..

Cons:
  Not a lot.
  Lots of internal parts and cables
