Shipping Policies:
Standard orders:
* Any orders received by 2pm CST will usually ship the next business day (90% of all order ship with 24 business hours of payment).  If an order is received after 2p.m. CST (our local time) , the system/order may be delayed an additional 24 hours. (i.e. Ordering at 6PM on Monday will ship on Wednesday.) 

Same day server orders:
* Your order must be received by 11am CT.  There will be a $125 additional charge for this service.
* Orders received after the 11am CT deadline - Please contact your sales representative for same  day service possibilities.
* 12pm - 4 pm CT order deadline - expedite charge of $325.
* 4 - 6pm CT order deadline - expedite charge of $450.

We are located within 2 miles of UPS, Fedex, and Airborne air freight hubs (DFW airport).  If you absolutely need a server and the configuration is confirmed available, someone can be dispatched to deliver the system to a shipping center. ( the absolute latest time for us to deliver a system to a shipping center is 9 pm CST).  Fedex is your best bet.  

Normal shippers and frequency ( less than 150 pounds)
* Primary shipper - Fedex - daily.
* Secondary shipper - Fedex - daily.
* Tertiary shipper - UPS - Beware their insurance is nonexistent and they tend to destroy the boxes exceeding 70 pounds.  We do not ship outbound on our account thru UPS, however we can ship on your account.
* Tertiary shipper - U. S. Postal Service - weekly (Friday). Dec 5-25 good luck shipping. Additional * $20 charge (someone needs to be paid for standing in line).

Truck Freight options
* Dove Logistics - excellent truck freight expediter for boxes exceeding 150 pounds of weight -daily.  This is a great way to ensure the expensive servers arrive in excellent shape.
* Team Express - excellent truck freight expediter for boxes exceeding 150 pounds of weight -daily.  This is a great way to ensure the expensive servers arrive in excellent shape.
* Secondary shipper - Federal Express plus freight Fedex (palletized shipments) - daily.
Great for bulky items you need 2 business day delivery

We no longer offer UPS as a shipping option for boxes larger than 70  pounds due to a high rate of  unpaid claims on damaged PE 6450, 6400, 8450, PV 130T systems.

We also offer shipping using your account number via UPS or Fedex.  $8 charge applies

Delivery options (1-5 days based on distance from Texas) are:
* Early AM overnight (9 am arrival)
* Standard overnight (3 pm arrival)
* Two day
* Three day( not available with Fedex).
* Ground  (1-5 day dependent on distance, this service is not guaranteed).

Fedex and Fedex do not deliver to Post Office boxes.
Saturday delivery is available via Airborne and FedEx for a $35 charge plus normal delivery costs.

Palletized freight exceeding 150 pounds weight, same day thru 5 day service within the continental U.S. only. through Team Express.  Team Express has been averaging less than three days to the west coast using economy freight.

Fed Ex palletized freight offers only 5 day service.

Palletized freight requirements.
* Dock high at receiving station. ($60 charge for a lift gate option without a loading dock.)
* Truck will deposit freight at the back of the truck.  You will need a pallet jack to cart the freight into your building.
* Deliveries into high rise buildings (New York City, LA, etc.)  require prior planning and a freight elevator.  Charges vary by circumstances.  Please advise us of your situation.

1. All credit card orders and PAYPAL must be shipped to your billing address or a shipping address which is listed with your credit card company.
2. 90% of orders ship the same day the order is placed.
3. For items not available, the expected shipping date of the order will be be estimated when placing the order.
4. We require an adult signature at the time of delivery of your package to verify the receipt of the product.

Payment Policies:
* Credit cards - Visa, Discover, American Express, MasterCard
* Wire Transfer - Contact your sales rep for wire transfer instructions.
* Cashier checks/Money orders - Orders are shipped upon receipt and verification of funds.
* Purchase Orders - for Government, Educational and Tax Funded institutions with prior approval.
* Company checks - require 7 business days to clear prior to shipping.
* Personal checks - require 10 business days to clear prior to shipping.

For US and Canadian customers we accept the following credit cards:

Discover
American Express
Please note that the order must be shipped to your billing address, or a shipping address listed with your credit card company.

We no longer accept COD orders.

Purchase Orders are accepted for government or educational only.
Net 30 payment terms (subject to manager approval) are the standard terms issued.
Initial P.O.'s require 4 - 5 business days to review your credit history.
Due to the current recessionary climate we are no longer approving credit terms.
New customers desiring credit will be referred to a secondary lender.  The secondary lender is currently offering credit and lease options.  Less than 10% of referred customers are being approved.

Personal checks are accepted for orders within the United States.
Each check requires 10-20 business days to clear. We will not ship your purchase until payment is guaranteed by your bank and the funds are deposited in our bank. This is not an acceptable option for 99.9999% of our customers. There are no exceptions to personal check policy.

International Policies:
International sales require payment via a wire transfer.  Only desktops are shippable via USPS.  Everything else ships via Fedex international.
