blades per rack).

Efficient Cooling: |
- The PowerEdge rack
2420 features passive cooling capabilities with
ventilated front and rear doors (80% perforation of
front and rear doors) that help to optimize airflow
throughout the enclosure. In certain applications,
this can lower the demand for additional cooling
fans.
- Flexible air dams to
help keep hot air from moving from the back of the
rack into the front
- Compatible with
hot/cold aisle datacenters

Simplified Cable Management: |
- To avoid wasting
valuable space, the 2420 allows you to place power
distribution units (PDUs) and KVMs in the side of
the rack or for a 0U installation
- PDUs can also be
snapped in at the back along the doors.
- An open base & two
piece side panels allow easier cable access.
- Removable tail bars
at the top and bottom of the back frame allow for
power and cable routing.
- The 4" of additional
space in the rear of the rack allows more space for
cable management

Shipping Information: |
- The rack is shipped
on a pallet or available for pick up in Dallas/Fort
Worth area.
- Truck freight
shipping is an additional charge, please contact us
for a shipping quote.
- Shipping weight is
330 pounds with the rack bolted to a wooden pallet
- Corners are wrapped
and padded with 1/2" corner protectors. The entire
rack is stretch wrapped for protection and ships on
a pallet
- Tools are required
to unpack and remove the rack from the wooden
pallet.
- This rack will only
ship via truck freight and requires a pallet jack at
the receiving end. If you do not have one it will be
an additional $60 charge upon delivery.
- If you do not have a
high dock, a lift gate will be required upon
delivery which is no additional charge but we must
know if it is required prior to shipping.
- No residential
deliveries. If your confirmed PayPal address is a
residence you must arrange for payment with credit
card and shipping to a commercial address. Must
include your daytime telephone number if using
PayPal.
- No inside delivery
options are included with this shipping. Truck
freight operators are not movers, they will only
drop the pallet off at your dock or outside your
building. If we are billed for additional services
requested by the buyer, the buyer will be
responsible for additional charges.
- The truck freight
company will deliver rack onto your dock or on the
pavement next to your building (requires liftgate -
no additional charge).
- Free pickups allowed
at our Grapevine warehouse with advance notice.
