  Warranty software support consists of the physical setup and use of the library under Windows 2003/2008 using Backup or Veritas thru 12.x. 
  Next day replacement of drive, power supply, controller after diagnosis of failure. 
  This must occur prior to 3PM CST in order for the part to ship.
  If the entire library needs replacement, shipment via ground service can require up to  5 days.
