Items are shipped with FedEx Ground, SmartPost or the United States Postal service. Shipments can be sent via UPS on your account. If paying by PayPal, we ship only to a confirmed PayPal addresses. If you wish to arrange for shipping to another address, you may make payment via credit card by calling us directly. The billing information for the credit card must match the information on file with the credit card merchant. Shipping is to the continental US only. No international shipping is available. No shipping to an unconfirmed PayPal address if paying via PayPal and no shipping is available to PO Boxes or APO boxes. If you have a PO Box as your confirmed PayPal address you must make payment via credit card with shipping to a street address.  This item is also available for pickup after the listing closes in Grapevine, TX (76051). You must call to arrange an appointment if you wish to pick up locally.

SCSISTUFF charges 8.25% sales tax if shipping within the state of Texas. No tax is charged if shipping to any other state.
Purchases for resale must fill out & sign copy of the Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate. Tax exempt entities must submit a signed copy of Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certification. The form can be downloaded here:

Eligibility will be verified with the Texas state comptroller's office and kept on file for a period of one (1) year. It is the customer's duty to notify SCSISTUFF if the invoice will be for personal use or for resale.

Servers & tape autoloaders come with a limited parts replacement warranty. The warranty starts on the ship date of the equipment. If during the warranty period a component fails, the customer should contact SCSISTUFF via phone or email. SCSISTUFF will work with the customer to troubleshoot the issue. If replacement parts are required after troubleshooting and diagnostics, SCSISTUFF will send replacement parts via FedEx ground service. The customer will replace the parts at their time and expense. SCSISTUFF can assist with walking the customer through the installation process.

Most parts carry a replacement warranty.  If within the warranty period (from the date of the invoice date) the product fails, we will send a replacement item. If the item is no longer available we reserve the right to substitute with another Item of similar functionality & price. In the event that compatible product is no longer available we may at our discretion give a refund of product purchase price (shipping not included). Replacement items will be sent upon receipt & testing of returned product, in some cases we may need to return the product to the manufacturer & wait for the manufacturer to return the repaired/replaced product to us before we can send you a replacement. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of items sent back to us. You must call first to receive a Return Authorization number, we will not accept any returns without a Return Authorization number. In addition we will not accept any COD returns, all returns must be shipped, pre-paid & insured we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We will not pay for any other costs incurred such as lost time or contractor bills for installation/repair or any other costs that you may incur.

This limited warranty does not cover:
  • Damage or failure due to use, mishandling or improper use/configuration of our products.
  • Software, including the operating system and software added to the hardware products unless purchased from and installed by Scsistuff at the time of initial purchase.
  • Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by Scsistuff.
  • External events such as accident, abuse, misuse, problems caused by electrical power issues, or Act of God ( hurricanes, tornadoes).
  • Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance.
  • Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by Scsistuff.
  • Scsistuff is not responsible for integrating different brands of hardware.  Hardware incompatibles do exist.
In no case will the amount refunded be greater than the price paid.

Other Important Exclusions:
Our sole liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for an incidental liabilities due to failure of a product to work, work as specified, or any other damages resulting from the use of a product including damages caused by the product or use of the product. We will not pay for any other costs incurred such as lost time or contractor bills for installation/repair or any other costs that you may incur. We will not pay for any other technical support costs / repair costs or contractors that you hire for any reason.

Returned items are subject to a restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Returns are only allowed with approval and RMA number.
